Chicken Gizzards

Red Acre Farm’s chicken gizzards, often overlooked but nutritionally rich, offer a range of culinary possibilities and health benefits. These muscular organ meats are a fantastic source of protein, essential minerals like iron and zinc, and B vitamins, including niacin, which supports healthy skin and digestion. Gizzards have a unique texture that becomes tender when properly cooked. From frying them or slow cooking them, they add depth and flavor to dishes. 

Our chickens are raised on lush pastures, enjoying a diet of organic grains and foraged bugs. The poultry is raised and harvested on our farm. They live a stress-free life free from antibiotics, steroids, hormones, and pesticides.

Each chicken gizzard pack averages 1lb total, is vacuum sealed and labeled with safe handling instructions.
